Introduction.

The simplicity of the construction adds class to the sophisticated impression.

This leather card case is made of two pieces and has no metal fittings. It has a simple design without sophisticated metal fittings and is extremely durable. While practical, its thickness is also reduced, so it can be stored smartly in a bag. It is simple yet has a strong presence, making the use of small items look stylish.

It can be made with the simple processes of "cutting" and "sewing," which are the basics of leather craft. The shape of the lid can be arranged.

Please print on A3 paper without scaling.


STEP.1

Place the pattern on the front of the leather and trace it with "eyelet".

STEP.2

Cut along the drawn lines with a cutter.

STEP.3

Mark the back side of the leather with a "silver pen" according to the instructions on the pattern.

STEP.4

Draw a stitch line by hitting a dot on the front side of the leather with "eye strike".

STEP.5

Polish the designated areas with "Toconol" according to the instructions on the pattern.

STEP.6

Rough up the seam allowance in the designated area as indicated on the pattern.

STEP.7

Apply rubber glue to the glue allowance on the side of "pattern A."

STEP.8

Fold and glue the sides at the bottom.

STEP.9

Punch holes along the stitching line with a "4-rhombus hammer".

STEP.10

Sew along the holes.

STEP.11

Bond the end of the stitches.

STEP.12

Apply rubber glue to the glue allowance at the top of the "katagami B (cover)" and "katagami A (body)".

STEP.13

Glue the rubber glue coated area.

STEP.14

Punch holes along the stitching line with a "4-rhombus hammer".

STEP.15

Sew along the holes.

STEP.16

Polish the edge of the side and the top where it was sewn.

STEP.17

When the koba is finished polishing, it is finished.
