Shipping policy

Product Delivery Time

In principle, in-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of order, excluding major holidays such as year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, and Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Please note that we do not accept delivery date and time requests.

Please refer to the estimated delivery time for pre-order items in the product description.

Consolidation of parcels

Once an order has been completed, we cannot combine two or more orders into one for delivery.
