Two pieces of leather shaved down to 0.6 mm with different fiber directions are bonded by applying more than ten tons of pressure using a custom-made press machine. This “sticky paste manufacturing method” produces elasticity and durability like a rubber plate. Each side is carefully polished. This process makes it possible to create a beautiful and elegant finish.
