型紙ダウンロード〔A3サイズ〕

※A3実寸サイズです。A3用紙に拡大縮小せずに印刷してください。

STEP.1

型紙を革に乗せて「目打ち」でトレースします。

STEP.2

「革包丁」で革を裁断します。

STEP.3

裁断したパーツの「トコ処理」をします。

STEP.4

裁断したパーツのうち、名刺の入れ口にあたる部分の「コバ磨き」をします。

STEP.5

ホックを取り付ける穴を、パーツA・Bに開けます。（２カ所）

STEP.6

穴を開けた部分に、パーツABともにホックを取り付けます。

STEP.7

パーツAにマチを取り付ける「縫い始め」、「縫い終わり」の穴を8ヶ所開けていきます。

STEP.8

パーツAに、パーツを貼り合わせるため「サイビノール」を２ミリ幅で塗っていきます。

STEP.9

「サイビノール」が少し乾いたら、パーツBを貼り合わせます。

STEP.10

先に名刺入れのフタとなる部分を縫製していきます。縫製する箇所に「デバイダー」で３ミリ幅の線を引きます。

STEP.11

線の上に「デバイダー」で４．５ミリ間隔で印をつけます。

STEP.12

印を付けたところに、「菱ぎり」を使って穴を開けていきます。

STEP.13

縫製に使う「ロウビキ糸」を必要な長さで切ります。名刺入れ全体の４倍＋10cmくらい長めに切りましょう。

STEP.14

「ロウビキ糸」の両端に「手縫針」をつけていきます。

STEP.15

「菱ぎり」で開けた穴に針を通して縫製していきます。

STEP.16

縫い終わりは「二目返し」縫いにします。

STEP.17

糸を３ミリほど残してハサミで切ります。

STEP.18

ライターで燃やして糸留めを行います。

STEP.19

名刺入れのマチとなる部分もSTEP8〜18の手順を繰り返して、縫製していきます。マチの部分となるサイドのパーツと本体の中央部分に「サイビノール」を塗り、貼り付けます。

STEP.20

「デバイダー」で３ミリの線をつけた上に４．５ミリ間隔で印をつけ、印を付けたところに「菱ぎり」を使って穴を開けていきます。（STEP10〜12と同様）

STEP.21

「菱ぎり」で開けた穴に針を通して縫製していき、縫い終わりは「二目返し」縫いにします。（STEP15〜16と同様）

STEP.22

ライターで燃やして糸留めを行います。(STEP18と同様)

STEP.20

名刺入れのフタ部分の角を「革包丁」で少し切り落とします。

STEP.24

仕上げに全体を「コバ磨き」します。

STEP.25

全体を磨いて、光沢感が出たら完成となります。
